Digital rights marketplace
Your work. Your rights. New possibilities.
Record your intellectual property, make rights opportunities discoverable, and connect your creative work with readers and potential licensing partners.
A recorded notice is dated, public evidence of a claim. It is not a government copyright registration.

One work
One work can carry many different rights.
Each right is recorded separately and granted to a named party, in a territory, for a term, on the conditions the rights holder writes. A grant is not a promise of a deal — it is a record that a licence was given.
Film & adaptation
Motion picture and adaptation rights can be granted to a named party for a territory and a term, and the grant is listed on the public register.
See recorded grantsTranslation
Translation rights are granted per language, so the same work can be licensed to different publishers in different languages.

Publish under your own imprint: a dated public notice, an ownership record, and a book that readers can open. This is publishing, not a licensable right category.

The register also records telecast, audio and voice, video, research use, merchandising, rental, and rights you name yourself.
Open the register
The register shows the rights that have actually been recorded. An empty register means no grant has been recorded yet — not that the capability is missing.
Public register

A grant is recorded here once a rights holder issues one. Open a record to read its deed, the territory and term, and where it stands in acceptance and NFT custody.

Showing the most recent records from the live register. A recorded grant is not a promise of a deal; terms are those written by the rights holder.
NFT custody
A token is not a copyright.
Three things are easy to confuse, and this platform keeps them apart. An NFT can represent a record and be held in custody until the holder claims it — usually by confirming an email address. A Polygon-compatible wallet is needed where the token and the workflow support a transfer.
A claim or grant record
A dated, publicly readable entry: who claimed the work, or who granted which right, to whom, for where and for how long.
An NFT that represents a record
A token that can stand for that record, may be held in custody before it is claimed, and can be transferred to the holder's wallet.
The legal terms in the deed
The deed is the licence: the right, the territory, the term and the holder's own conditions. That text is what the parties rely on.
Minting a record does not, by itself, establish legal copyright ownership or transfer every copyright in a work. It records a claim and a grant; the legal position comes from the law and from the deed.

Reading
A book that answers back.
Browse the library and read in the browser — EPUB, PDF or Markdown. Keep your place, highlight a passage and leave a note. On a book you have access to, ask it a question and get an answer drawn from its own pages.
- Ask the author a question; a reply is sent to you by email.
- Author contact links (WhatsApp, Telegram, website, video) appear on a book only when that author has configured them.
- Notes, highlights and quizzes are features of books you have access to.

Public records
Notices and rights grants are readable without an account. Each carries a reference you can quote and a date anyone can check.
A verifiable claim
A notice is dated, public evidence of a claim. It is not a government copyright registration, and it does not replace legal advice.
Deeds, not promises
A grant records the right, territory, term and conditions. Acceptance and any later transfer are recorded against the same record.
